Orders
The office at National Shower Spares will be closed over the Christmas and New Year period from the end of Monday 23rd December 2024 until we reopen Thursday 2nd January 2025. Our website www.showerspares.com remains open to take orders throughout this time.
The cut off for dispatch before our Christmas closure is 3:30pm on 23rd December 2024.
Orders placed after this time will be processed on Monday 30th December 2024 when we will have a small team working to process and dispatch orders. Orders after 3:30pm on the 30th will be processed when we reopen on Thursday 2nd of January 2025.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the Royal Mail 'Special Delivery' service for orders placed after Friday 13th December.
Customer Support
Our phonelines will be closed from 3:30pm Monday 23rd December 2024 and will reopen at 9:00am Thursday 2nd January 2025.
We have a small team working on Monday 30th December to reply to any urgent emails and correspondence. Outside of these urgent enquiries, emails sent over this period will be replied to from Thursday 2nd January 2025.
